- Due to the nature of all our products once colored the surface will take over and create a one of a kind look.  No two Floors/Counter Tops are alike

- Due to all slabs being uneven, filling in low ares, etc. the coatings will vary in thickness as follows:

 

    - Flat Spraydeck Overlay floors: Up to 1/8" thick.  

    - Stone Textured floors: Up to 1/4" thick 

    - Urethane Sealers: Up to 3 Mils

    - Polyaspartic Sealers: Up to 3 Mils

    - Epoxy coatings: Up to 10 Mils

    - Acrylic Sealers: Up to .25 Mils

   

- ALL Calculator figures are "estimates only" to give you an idea of the cost.  

They do not include removing & disposing of existing floors, product/labor increases/decreases, or  the cost of any additional items requested by the client.

- In some cases the color(s) can be changed to taste.

- The general public has adopted the term "Concrete Overlays"to describe Cement Overlays. However note that all Concrete Overlays, adopted by the public,  are Cement Overlays. Cement Overlays use sand as a bonding agent. Concrete uses rock. Replace the word Concrete with Cement when understanding the materials we use EXCEPT in Concrete Slabs that use actual Concrete.

- The  photos have in some cases been Photo Shoped for marketing purpose

- We added non Stone FX images from the web to give you an idea of what other floors look like that were completed by other companies in that catagory.  This is done so that we can install a similar look for you based on the picture you see from another company.
